How long is the process, shipping and handling?  7-10 business days

 All SALES are FINAL! No returns or exchanges. Unless there was a mistake on our end. Orders can only be adjusted if bundles have not be unwrapped or used. Orders can only be adjusted if bonnets or waist trainers have not been worn.

Sample hair is not offered

 Please keep track of your packaging using the tracking number provided to you by us once it’s been sent out as we no longer have control over your package.

When do I receive tracking information?  Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

Hair Care: Gently comb or brush your hair from bottom to top with a wig brush and tie your hair at night and when laying around.

The hair we carry can last 2-3 years depending on care. Our hair has minimum to no shedding
